本製品は、アメリカンビンテージスポーツウェアをイメージソースに、オールドアメリカンスタイルを再現しながらも、東洋エンタープライズによってタウンユース用にアレンジされたジップスウェットパーカーです。表地にヘビーな裏毛スウェット生地、裏地に10番手の糸で編み立てられたヘビーなサーマル生地を使用した保温性に優れたヘビーウェイトモデルで、現代的なシルエットと縫製を取り入れ、カジュアルのテイストをプラスした街着として洗練されたファッショナブルなデザインに再構築されています。Tシャツの上に羽織るアウターとしても、ジャケットのインナーとしても着用できるアイテムです。

このジップスパーカーはワッフル裏地付きの2レイヤー構造です。表生地はコットン100%のヘビーな裏毛スウェット(トレーナー)生地です。ボディの脇部に縫い目がないヘビーウェイトスウェット生地です。

身頃裏地と袖裏地にはコットン100%のワッフル(サーマル生地)が張られています。10番手の糸で編み立てられたヘビーなサーマル生地が使用されています。ワッフル(サーマル生地)はお菓子のワッフルのような凸凹感があり、体温が蓄積される保温性のある生地です。ヘヴィーデューティなワッフル素材で、肉厚で起伏に富んだワッフルパターンは、より多くの空気を溜め込むため保温性も高く、また生地表面に凹凸があるので肌に面ではなく点で接しますので肌触りも良い裏地生地です。

肉厚な表地と保温性に優れた裏地の組み合わせのずっしりとした重厚感のあるスーパーヘビーウェイトスウェットシャツですので、防寒性の高いインナーとしても、アウターとしても活躍可能な一着です。

この製品には、ワンウォッシュ加工がかけられています。そのため、程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感が生まれ、クラシックな印象を与えるジップパーカーに仕上げられています。また、ワンウォッシュですでに生地の縮みが発生しているので、洗濯後の縮みが少なくサイズ感が安定しているのも利点のひとつです。着用と洗濯を繰り返すことで、生地が馴染みさらに風合いが生まれてきます。

フロントはフルジップアップ仕様で、ジッパーにはUNIVERSAL(ユニバーサル)ファスナーが使用されています。ジップスライダ-は右側仕様です。

袖口と裾のダブルレイヤー(二重)リブは若干長めにされ、ビンテージ感が演出されています。

This plain thermal-lined zip-front hoodie is made in Japan and produced by Toyo Enterprises under a license from Whitesville U.S.A. The Whitesville label, a division of Toyo Enterprise in Japan, is famous around the world for its expertly-crafted a reproduction of american vintage sportswear. The whitesville brand is a now-defunct sportswear label that originally existed in the good old days of America. And the whitesville brand has been resurrected by the Toyo Enterprises. The pattern construction of this solid color full zip hooded sweatshirt is modeled after vintage authentic sportswear clothing with classic design, but this waffle lined basic zippered hooded sweatshirt has been re-designed with the Whitesville's brand own detailing, contemporary interpretation and modernize fit for a more casual look and fashion purpose. The combination of heavy-duty sweatshirt fabric outer fabric and heavy-duty waffle fabric lining gives it a heavy-weight and ensures warmth. It features a front zip closure, double-layered hood, set-in sleeves, two external split kangaroo pocket, rib-knit sleeve ends/waistband.

Outershell fabric type : Made of 100% cotton heavyweigt sweatshirt fabric (french terry fabric without side seams). It combines the toughness and the natural softness for comfort. This sweatshirt is washed once for a fashionable vintage feel and look. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage.

Lining for body and sleeves : Heavyweight cotton waffle knit thermal fabric that is heavier than most other cotton thermals. Made of heavy-weight waffle thermal weave (also known as honeycomb weave). Waffle thermal blend for warm insulation and easy stretch.

Type of insulation : These two layers of warmth provide extra insulation that can keep you warm. It is perfect to wear alone in place of outerwear or as a base layer to wear underneath a outer jacket.

Body : No side seam construction.

Types of garment closure : Full Zip-up. Front zip closure with zip tape made of all-cotton HBT fabric. The front closes with a zipper from UNIVERSAL. A zipper tab on the right side.

Hood : A hood is made from two layers of sweatshirt fabric for durability. The hood have embroidered eyelets(eyelet holes). Drawstring is not included, allowing for maximum movement. This isn't an error - this is how a hoodie should be.

Pocket : Split kangaroo pocket with diagonal openings for easy insertion of hands on the lower front section of the hoodie.
