また、この製品には、ワンウォッシュ加工がかけられています。そのため生地には程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感が生まれ、クラシックな印象を与えるシャツに仕上げられています。また、ワンウォッシュですでに生地の縮みが発生しているので、洗濯後の縮みが少なくサイズ感が安定しているのも利点のひとつです。

フロントは6つボタンによるフルオープン開閉式です。釦には猫目尿素ボタンが使用されています。ボタンホールは縦方向に穴が開けられています。

負荷のかかるショルダー部分にはもう1枚生地をあてたヨーク仕様です。

両胸にはボタン留めパッチポケット(フラップ無し)が設けられています。ポケット上部の角はバータック(カンヌキステッチ)で補強がほどこされています。

袖口はスリーブプラケット(カフスリット)付きの1つボタンカフスが採用されています。カフスリットにもボタンが付きます。

主要部分の縫製は、2本針(ダブルテッチ)巻き縫いのビンテージワークシャツの仕様を再現した頑強なつくりです。

両脇裾にはマチが付きます。昔ながらのワークシャツの手法を踏襲した補強ディティールです。

Additionally, as part of the finishing process, the garment is pre-washed (also known as one-wash) to minimize shrinkage and give it a slightly faded look. The plaid pattern is created by weaving several different colored yarns in both the warp and the weft, resulting in a classic, earthy-toned plaid design with subdued hues.

Types of garment closure (Placket type) : A classic full-button closure along the front, secured with six urea Cat-eye buttons. The front placket includes vertical buttonholes.

Collar Type : Regular collar with collar stand (collar band) for crisper appearance.

Bottom hem type : Rounded shirttails with side gussets. Curved hem (shirt tail). A gusset is a piece of fabric which adds durability to a section of a garment. For this shirt, gussets are seen at the point where the side seams meet the hem. This detail can be seen on rare vintage shirts as well as modern reproductions.

Pocket : Classically-styled two chest patch pockets with button closure(no flaps). The upper corners of the pockets are reinforced with bar tacks for added strength.

Yoke type : Slightly curved back yoke. A shirt yoke is made from two layers of fabric for durability. Reinforced double-layers shoulder yoke for greater durability at stress points.
